Colleen Quilty - Managing Director

Colleen is founder of Quilty Group. She has extensive commodities expertise and has conducted senior level searches in a wide range of products on a global basis. Colleen's primary focus is on the oil and metals markets but she continues to be involved in the wider product range with the group's dedicated consultants.
Colleen's commodities search career began in 1996 in the City of London. She joined Alexander Mann Financial Markets in 1999 to establish their commodities practice where she headed the commodities search business until 2010. The earlier part of Colleen’s career was spent with a French agricultural trading company, an experience which exposed her to the complete commodity cycle from origin to end user.

Richard Payne

Richard joined Quilty Group in January 2011 and has a primary focus on the energy markets.  This coverage includes all front office roles in respect of gas, power, coal and emissions markets and related risk functions.  Previously, Richard worked for PwC in their Centre of Expertise developing their headhunting capability and working across all areas of their business.  Prior to this, Richard worked in commodities executive search for 5 years where he initially started with Human Capital before joining Colleen Quilty at Alexander Mann in 2007.   Richard graduated from Brunel University in 2005 with a degree in Industrial Design and Technology.

Jesphine Quah - Head of Administration

Jesphine joined Quilty Group in April 2011 as Head of Administration.   She is responsible for all administrative support for the business. Jesphine commenced her career in recruitment in 1999 and, prior to joining Quilty Group, she worked for some of the UK’s leading financial services search firms. Jesphine is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and Malay.
